Chain assembly
Fmoc solid-phase synthesis on our own resin. Coupling is monitored stepwise, so a failed residue is caught at the residue, not at the end.

Cleavage & precipitation
TFA cleavage from the solid support, cold-ether precipitation, then a wash cycle that carries the scavengers out with it.

Preparative HPLC
Reverse-phase purification against a reference standard. The cut is taken on purity, not on yield — the tail of the peak is discarded.

Lyophilisation & fill
Freeze-dried to a stable powder, filled and crimp-sealed under controlled conditions, labelled with the batch that follows the vial.

Independent release
A sample goes out to an outside laboratory. Nothing ships until the certificate comes back — and that certificate is the one published on this site.
